Do you know what you're doing for Halloween? Everyone always has grandiose plans on what to do, but sometimes you get to your party and... well, it's kind of a GRAVEYARD, and not in the way you'd hoped. With the quick, invisible stealth of a GHOST, you dash to your mobile device to find out what else is going on. Lucky for you, you're now in the know.
Since this year's Halloween is on a Wednesday, the pre-halloween weekend is filled with events leading up to the 31st. Parties, music, and dance are all in the mix, and costumes are mandatory! Don't think you can get away without dressing up. Plus, it's in your best interest, as most events will have a discount admission if you're in costume. Be creative! Anything goes...

The Ottawa Jail Hostel will be a SPOOKtacular experience with GRAVE CONCERN: A Silkken Laumann Crypt Party. Along with Adam Saikaley, Pat Johnson and Rolf Klausener, Silkken Laumann will be spinning/live-editing a mixture of horror film samples into his repertoire of juke, baile funk, nu classics, bass, housepunk and deep grooves.

Throughout the summer, 4in1 has done a series of events in different, eye-appealing outdoor areas. The atmosphere is calm and the music is crisp. Rockalily Burlesque's 3rd annual zombie strippers Halloween show. One year, I had the fortunate opportunity to work door for this event. What a KILLER time. The costumes and people were just FRIGHTENING. The cover is 10$ with a costume or 15$ without. So be creative and have an extra drink!
